 *Kinder Gym Program

This program is for children ages 2-5 years old. Our pre-school gymnastics program is  designed for young children to learn to work with others, follow directions, and group  development skills as well as developing their strength, flexibility, balance, and motor  co-ordination skills.

In these classes students will learn to roll on the mat, get upside-down, climbing, bouncing on the trampoline, walking on the low balance beam and so on.  Some advanced children take part of our local gymnastics competitions! We welcome parents to work with their children during the class. We hope this help to make better relationship between child and parent as well as having a lot of fun!

*Recreational Gym Program

This program is for children ages 5-12 years old. We encourage children to develop self  confidence, leadership, self motivation as well as respect, friendship, physical fitness,  and being able to work with a wide variety of people.

In these classes we encourage fun in a controlled & disciplined environment. Students  will learn basics which is a preparation for competitive gymnastics such as: rolls, handstands, cartwheels, trampoline, bars,  box horse and will learn Gymnastics Association's Level 1-3 routines towards participation in local competition.

*USAG Boys&Girls Program

In this program, children are taught USAGymnastics Junior Olympic Program routines from levels 1 through to 10 (boys start Level 4), and if they continue to progress they can move to the elite level which qualifies them for world class competitions. Children are recommended to attend a minimum of 2 sessions per week and their training will include strength and injury prevention conditioning and will be spread over all competitive equipment.

Boys will train on the floor, pommel horse, high bar, parallel bars, still rings, vaulting horse. Girls will train on the floor, bars, balance beam, vaulting horse. Our aims are to build a competitive team for international competition (junior and senior) and help children to have confidence, perseverance and respect.

Our competitive teams have been winning in interntional stage!
